These spelling errors are childish.

Kurt Mortenson is an attorney, but likely didn’t take the time to proofread a major new ordinance. I asked him in the hearing video if he read it, and his answer was “why?”  Mortenson put the ordinance to vote and voted for it based on the advice of the author, Land & Resource Management Director Chris LeClair, who made numerous spelling and grammatical errors.

I believe basic writing skills should be a qualifying factor in approval to author law, and the definition of a fool is one who gives ignorant approval.
